- Rates do not include 12.5% sales tax
(13.5% after January 1, 2010) - $100 housekeeping fee for rentals of 5 nights or less
- No housekeeping fee for rentals of 6 or more nights
- Reservations must be made at least two weeks prior to arrival date. Sorry, we cannot accept "last minute" stays.
- Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Terms & Conditions
- Minimum stay is 3 nights.
- Maximum occupancy is 4-5 persons.
- Check in time is 4 p.m. and check out time is 10 a.m.
- Bed and bath linens are furnished.
- No daily housekeeping service.
- No wood burning; artificial firelogs only (e.g. Duraflame, Pine Mountain)
- One vehicle per condo is permitted in the parking lot.
- No motor homes, buses, or trailers.
- No smoking, no pets, no exceptions!
- Reservation deposit is 50% of total, and is due within 2 weeks of making the reservation.
- Final payment is due 30 days before arrival date.
- All reservations must be paid in full prior to arrival.
- Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival: full refund, less $50 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made 1 to 29 days prior to arrival: 50% refund unless the condo is re-rented, in which case a $50 cancellation fee will be retained and all other monies will be refunded.
